Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American actress who performed a variety of characters in films, TV and the theater. Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953) is an American actress. She is well known for her portrayal of Lieutenant Sheba in the television series Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). She is a daughter of the actress June Lockhart. Her grandfather was an actor Gene Lockhart. The career of Lockhart began at a very young age. Her first appearance came in the age of four when she appeared in T is for Tumbleweed. Oscar nominations were announced for the film's short documentary. The actress learned to manage the company from her mother during the shoot. Lockhart was featured in a variety of seasons of Lassie. She would play in the television series Battlestar Galactica, which aired in 1978. She rejected the role initially because the character was not that robust. Glen wrote an entirely new character for her called Sheba, which was much stronger. After reading the first 25 pages of the story The Living Legend she accepted instantly. It ran for a single season. She co-starred in Joyride alongside Desi Arnaz Jr., Melanie Griffith (the daughter of Desi Arnaz Jr. and Lucille Bell), Robert Carradine and Melanie Griffith in 1977 and in The Dark Tower with Michael Moriarty (1987).
